The new $950 Thom Browne for Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones are available for purchase Monday.
After giving a first look at the new Thom Browne for Bose collaboration in February, the two companies on Thursday unveiled the headphones.
Uniting the worlds of Thom Browne and Bose, the collaboration connects the fashion brand’s precision and focus on materiality with Bose’s approach to sound and engineering. The headphones made its debut on the runway at the designer’s fall 2026 show in San Francisco during the Super Bowl.
As part of the collaboration, the Thom Browne for Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones were inspired by the designer’s well-known gray suit. The fashion brand said gray suits are the “starting point” for each Thom Browne project and that headphones have become an “essential” to everyday life.
With cashmere-wrapped details on the adjustable headband, a grosgrain loop within the crest of the band and removable ear cushions within the design, the headphones come in a cashmere carry case. Cashmere was chosen for the Bose collaboration to both “elevate the wearer’s experience” and harken back to the “comfort and familiarity of winter earmuffs.”
And no project is complete without the signature four-bar red-white-and-blue strip on the interior of the earcups — making the piece “instantly recognizable” to reference the “athletic language” that has become a Thom Browne house staple.
“ Music has always been such an important part of how I bring my stories to life and how I interact with daily life,” Browne told WWD in an exclusive statement.
