Health upgrade points are special items that are mostly found in large resource crates around the Control Resonant map.

Health is always a valuable resource in action RPGs, as, well, you don't want to die. The more health you have, the longer you'll stay alive against difficult enemies and resonants. Rather than increasing a health stat, you'll need to look for health upgrade points. Once you collect three health upgrade points, you'll increase your maximum health.

Health upgrade points are found in large resource crates, specifically the crates that look like ice cream stands.

Some of the resource crates are next to vendors or hidden away in secret hideouts, so you'll need to get exploring and solve a few puzzles. Your best bet is to level up your zones until you unlock the locations of every large resource crate on the map. Unfortunately, you won't know what's inside the crate until you see it, and some are still hard to find, even if you know their location.

There are five health upgrade points in the Downtown zone, and four of them can be found without traversal abilities. However, you will need Reach from the Evacuation Zone to reach the final upgrade point.

The first health upgrade point can actually be found during the prologue . Turn right as soon as you exit the Oldest House to find the Urban Fresh Mart .
