A new talent firm is launching with a stacked roster of luminaries from the worlds of streaming, social media, and content creation. Mike Lee and Darren Yan are the leaders of ISO, which is kicking off with a roster of 90 top creators.
ISO (the name stands for “in search of”) is a wide-reaching management firm that touch categories like beauty, food, and art, but its roots are deepest in the gaming and streamer communities. Lee, who will serve as ISO’s CEO, was previously the Head of Gaming and Livestreaming at UTA Creators. Yan, ISO’s Head of Music, is the former Chief Talent Officer of FaZe Clan, where he worked to raise up some of the hottest talents on platforms like Twitch.
At ISO, Lee and Yan have assembled a deep roster that includes big names like PlaqueBoyMax, Jasontheween, Ironmouse, Lacy, Vanillamace, Kyedae, jessechrisss, Angelo Marasigan, and RDCWorld. Some of those creators, like PlaqueBoyMax and Lacy, were previously members of FaZe Clan. Others, like Ironmouse and Vanillamace, have history with UTA.
Influence Media Partners is backing ISO as the new firm takes shape. “The next household name is already online, building an audience, and ISO was built for that talent. Today’s gatekeepers are algorithms, so understanding discovery, engagement and how content travels is essential,” Lee said in a statement.
