Where to Find Every Quick Hand Zhang Hideout in Phantom Blade Zero

Quick Hand Zhang first appears in Phantom Blade Zero in Crimson Forest, where you free him from a cage and he tells you to meet him further along the path. When you eventually find him in his hideout, you receive the Wily Hare's Three Dens quest, which involves locating all five of his hideouts across the world.

Each time you meet Quick Hand Zhang, you can purchase materials from him to upgrade your weapons and Phantom Edges. During some encounters, he also sells Banyan Hearts, which are required to unlock certain nodes on the skill tree. This guide covers the locations of all five of his hideouts in Phantom Blade Zero.

Players will also get the Quick Hand's Request quest in Crimson Forest, where they need to collect treasures hidden across several regions and bring them back to Zhang.

Here's how to unlock the optional Crimson Manor and discover the secret boss hidden inside Phantom Blade Zero.

After freeing Zhang from his cage, continue along the main story path until you reach Thieves' Camp, where several NPCs are involved in quests and a locked door is located on the right. Head left from here and look for a climbable wall on your right to reach the first hideout.

Head to the eastern side of the region, just left of the Covered Bridge Bell, to find Quick Hand Zhang's hideout.

From the Wu Xuan boss arena, head right to find vines you can burn using Flaming Mane . However, to reach Quick Hand Zhang, take the path by the ladder right next to the Bell.
