GTA 6 Officially Drops 36 New Screenshots Ahead of Launch

After years of anticipation, Grand Theft Auto 6 is almost here. Two weeks ahead of the game's official launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, developer Rockstar Games revealed an all-new look at GTA 6, with dozens of new screenshots that show the rich detail and breadth of Vice City.

While GTA 6 looks impressive in gameplay video, Rockstar knows that its new open-world crime epic also looks stunning in stills — the latest preview of the highly anticipated game shows off its incredible attention to very specific details.

Rockstar's latest batch of screenshots, 36 in total, focus largely on its protagonists, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. We see the duo pulling off bank heists, carjacking vehicles, fleeing from the police, and rubbing elbows with Leonida's scary good ol' boys.

There are also some sweeter moments, as we see the couple dancing at a variety of clubs, from Leonida Keys' beachside bars to exclusive Vice City clubs.

Another batch of screenshots shows more of Leonida and Grand Theft Auto 6's supporting players. Rockstar Games highlights Vice City and its surrounding areas — Port Gellhorn, the Leonida Keys, and the Grassivers — in the new media. Again, the attention to detail in the game's tattoo artwork, hairstyles, undersea creatures, and Leonidan swamp folk is highly impressive.

Heads up: Some of the images, particularly of exotic dancers and cabaret clubs, are just a little risqué.

Hopefully, players themselves will get to capture elaborate screenshots like these when Grand Theft Auto 6 launches on Nov.
