Walmart-owned Flipkart Group continued to expand its business in FY26, with consolidated revenue rising 18.2% year-on-year. The group also reported a marginal improvement in its bottom line, as net losses narrowed 2.1% to Rs 8,468 crore during the fiscal year.
Flipkart Internet’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 145,880 crore in FY26, from Rs 123,451 crore in FY25, as per its consolidated financial statements filed with the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
The FY26 financials reflect the consolidated performance of Flipkart Group following its reverse flip to India, bringing 25 subsidiary companies under Flipkart Internet. The consolidation includes key businesses such as Flipkart, Myntra and Cleartrip, among others, following the amalgamation of the group’s Singapore entities with Flipkart Internet in March 2026.
Sale of traded goods remained Flipkart Internet’s largest revenue stream at Rs 1,04,850 crore, up 12.8% from Rs 92,957 crore in FY25. This reflects revenue from product sales through its commerce operations rather than only commissions earned on transactions.
Logistics, warehousing and shipping services emerged as the second-largest revenue stream, with revenue from this segment jumped 2.4X to Rs 23,059 crore from Rs 9,580 crore in the previous fiscal year.
Revenue from advertisement services grew 30.7% to Rs 9,597 crore in FY26 from Rs 7,343 crore a year earlier.

Other operating income contributed Rs 1,655 crore in FY26, while non-operating income added another Rs 820 crore, which took Flipkart Internet’s total revenue to Rs 1,46,700 crore during the fiscal year.
