Enterprise AI startup Shamrock AI has raised $5 million (about Rs 47.3 crore) in a seed funding round led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures.
The Shillong-headquartered startup plans to use its first institutional funding to accelerate product development, expand its workforce across India and the United States, and strengthen its sales and marketing efforts. It also plans to expand its presence in the Middle East.
Shamrock AI has offices in Hyderabad and San Francisco, alongside its headquarters in Shillong, Meghalaya.
Founded in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Michael (Mick) Gallagher and Anuraag Nallapati, Shamrock AI is developing an agentic assurance platform designed to help large enterprises deploy AI agents reliably across critical business processes.
The startup already serves multiple Fortune 500 customers, including a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company, according to the startup.
Shamrock AI is developing technology to help enterprises test and validate business processes as they deploy AI agents in complex operating environments.
AI agents are software systems capable of performing tasks and executing workflows with varying degrees of autonomy. However, deploying them across large organisations can be challenging because business operations often depend on interconnected software systems, data sources and processes.
To address this, Shamrock AI uses an Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph that connects an organisation's business processes, systems, data and configurations. The technology is designed to give AI agents the operational context needed to carry out tasks across different enterprise systems.
The startup is initially focusing on agentic test lifecycle automation for large enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations, including migrations to SAP S/4HANA, a software system used by businesses to manage core operations.
