The Bestselling Luxury Vehicles of 2026

Which models from the likes of BMW, Mercedes, and Lexus are the biggest hitters on the sales charts? We've gathered the numbers and ranked the top 10 sellers.

You're surely already familiar with the bestselling vehicles in America overall—Ford F-150s and Honda CR-Vs are everywhere on our roads and regularly dominate the sales charts. But what about vehicles with a bit more prestige? We've gathered the numbers for luxury-badged vehicles to see which models are selling the best so far in 2026, and while some are the usual suspects, other entries here may be more popular than you realize. Of course, they're all SUVs, but what else would you expect? We’ve now updated this list with sales numbers through the first three quarters of 2026.

It would take a lot for any other luxury vehicle to dethrone the Lexus RX from atop the charts, as this model has been a top seller for decades now. The RX isn't exactly a standout in any one area, but it has a well-established reputation as a comfortable luxury SUV and it does many things well. There are also multiple hybrid powertrains available to broaden its appeal.

The outgoing X5 was one of the oldest models in BMW's lineup, and it's being replaced by a new generation for 2027 (pictured). This changeover didn't stop the X5 from being the brand's bestselling model, however, with sales up nearly 24 percent through the first three quarter.
