IT’S A DOG’S LIFE: Callum Turner has evidently never heard the old show biz adage that you should never work with animals or children: The British actor once again has canine company in his new campaign for Louis Vuitton’s spring 2027 Trunk collection.
Having walked a pack of dogs in a previous Vuitton campaign, he’s been paired with a Rhodesian ridgeback for the new ads, photographed in New York City by Gregory Harris. In a tongue-in-cheek short film, Turner and his pooch are shown squaring off over a game of chess.
The “Masters of the Air” star models the capsule collection of wardrobe essentials, designed by Pharrell Williams, in a variety of situations: reading the paper, having midafternoon tea, perfecting a putt or taking a moment to freshen up.
“Each piece reflects Louis Vuitton’s staunch dandyism ideals, allowing for an ultimate embodiment of self, or of a scripted character,” the brand said in a statement.
Turner, who was made a Vuitton brand ambassador in 2024, was a model in his teens and subsequently worked as a sales assistant at Dover Street Market in London.
He’s appeared in campaigns for luxury brands including Burberry and Montblanc, and was recently named a global ambassador for Johnnie Walker Blue Label whisky.
Upcoming projects include the lead role of the series adaptation of the William Gibson novel “Neuromancer” on Apple TV+, and the baseball drama “The Comebacker,” in which he stars opposite Tom Hanks.
