Live2.ai Raises ₹130 Cr To Scale AI Marketing SaaS Platform

Bengaluru-based AI startup Live2.ai has raised ₹130 Cr ($13.7 Mn) in a pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures. The fundraise comprises both a fresh issue as well as a secondary component providing partial liquidity to undisclosed early investors. The AI-powered SaaS startup’s board features backers like Sony Innovation Fund, SOSV and Duane Park.

The startup, which offers enterprises a SaaS platform that helps them monitor engagement for campaigns across channels, will use the fresh capital to build its AI platform further, strengthen its go-to-market strategy for enterprise customers and global consumer brands and expand regional cloud infrastructure.

It also plans to hire across engineering, data science and customer success teams in North America, Europe, Singapore and India.

“Brands today are drowning in signals and starved of action. Every conversation, creator post and trend spike is a revenue decision waiting to be made, and most are made too late or not at all. This funding lets us close that gap, with detection, decision and activation running in one governed loop for enterprise customers across North America, Europe and APAC,” said CEO and cofounder J Venkat.

Founded by Venkat, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora, Live2.ai’s social intelligence platform monitors brand conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X, and review sites.

It combines social listening and trend identification with influencer content auditing, campaign compliance, social publishing, and performance tracking. It also enables brands to convert content into shoppable experiences across channels.

The platform’s major differentiator lies in how it runs eight AI agents, including tools for crisis detection, trend identification, campaign auditing and automated responses, with governance controls and human review mechanisms.
