Meta's Creator Marketing Hub prioritises creators who have already tagged brands or expressed partnership interest, shifting discovery away from audience scale. For marketers planning Q4 campaigns, that changes who gets found and how briefs should be structured.
Meta launched its Creator Marketing Hub globally in mid-September, merging Creator Marketplace and Partnership Ads Hub into one workspace where brands discover creators and activate paid partnerships. The consolidated platform carries forward creator recommendation rails that highlight creators who have tagged their brand in content and creators who have explicitly expressed interest in partnering with their brand, a feature Meta introduced earlier in 2026.
The direction is unambiguous: Meta is prioritising performance and conversion potential over raw reach. Where legacy influencer discovery defaulted to sorting by follower count, Meta's current system surfaces signal before scale.
Brand recommendations now include creators who have previously tagged a brand in their content or have expressed interest in working with that brand, alongside creators with prior advertising experience and those expected to perform well in partnership ads.
The practical implication: a creator with 40,000 followers who has already organically mentioned your product will rank ahead of a 400,000-follower account with no prior brand connection. These recommendation rails are designed to surface creators with a higher likelihood of accepting collaboration requests, which reduces the friction brands encounter when building campaign rosters at speed.
