Insulation Rolls are a troublesome material to find, especially since they only spawn in determined areas in Pendola Pass, and under the right conditions. These materials are needed for the final upgrade of the Outpost, a required step to unlock the Level IV Research Station in ARC Raiders.

To find Insulation Rolls, players need to join a regular Pendola Pass map (without the Redirection, NIght Raid, or ARC Frigate events) and wait until there's a Flash Freeze dynamic event in the match. Now, it will be time to run fast, since the Flash Freeze will slowly start to build up until Raiders begin to lose health.

They need to go fast to the nearest Snow Shelter (only one Shelter opens per Flash Freeze) and check around the shelves and boxes there for Insulation Rolls. The shelters are easily recognizable since there's a blinking red light at the door and can be heard in the distance since a recorded message will play through the speakers in the entrance.
