Irradiated Containers are an Ultra-Rarity item that contain weapon manuals, recipes, and other assortments of goodies. First, you'll need to know where to find them and how to decontaminate them, since they have a chemical residue that prevents opening without the right tools. You can find the answers you seek below!
Unlock the DRC Weapons Locker inside Reactor 02's irradiated pool within Haneul Nuclear Reactor for some Ultra items in MW4 DMZ!
Irradiated Containers can be found as rare loot from Chemical Storage units, which can be found inside Clinics and around the Haneul Nuclear Reactor (Reactor 01 & 02).
This is an ultra-rare item, so your chances of finding one are not guaranteed, but they will drop from these Chemical Storage units. Above, we'll show a map of all locations where you can find and open Chemical Storage:
The Irradiated Container can be decontaminated at Reactor 02 in the Haneul Nuclear Reactor, which is the northeast reactor as shown on the map above.
Head to the back of Reactor 02 and you will find a staircase that leads up to a ladder, which takes you to the collapsed roof. When you're on the roof, drop down through the debris to the bottom floor.
In the northeast corner, you will find a machine that allows you to process radioactive materials, which you can interact with to place and decontaminate the Irradiated Container.
Once the process is complete, you can open the Irradiated Container just like any other chest, and you're likely to get a Legendary/Ultra-rarity item, recipe/weapon manual, and some Epic Ingredients or Valuables.
