How To Complete All Duke Funeral Commissions In Dressmaker

Dressmaker starts its story with a...tragedy?...for the town of Twillford: the local duke has recently died, leaving his nephew Hassan to inherit his estate after the funeral. The new Duke Hassan is apparently quite the attractive man, as it seems like every eligible bachelorette in Twillford is keen to make an appearance at the funeral to "comfort" him, much to his sister Priya's frustration.

To impress the townsfolk for your first major event as the local Dressmaker, you'll need to complete three unique commissions for funeral attire.

There are three commissions directly associated with the duke's funeral in Dressmaker.

These commissions come in one right after another, and are the second, third, and fourth commissions you get in the game, following the Librarian Workwear tutorial commission.

Each funeral dress's requirements need to be met by choosing the correct pattern pieces, fabrics, and accessories. While there are plenty of options for each one, here are some suggestions to help you start your design.

If you ever find that your dress isn't quite meeting your requirement numbers with pattern and fabric choice alone, you can add accessories that match the requirements for that commission. For these dresses, you might add the Pearl Detailing, Black Lace, and Black Ribbon, respectively.
