Control Resonant is already being praised as a fantastic breath of fresh air in the triple-A gaming industry, with glowing reviews praising its creative aesthetic and satisfying gameplay. Of course, another great aspect of Remedy's latest offering is that Control Resonant has plenty of in-game cosmetics you can unlock for free by playing

On top of these in-game cosmetics, Remedy is offering a unique skin that you can claim entirely for free regardless of which platform you're playing on with a few simple steps.

First spotted by Genry1103a on X, a Chinese-exclusive promotion for Control Resonant offered a free MIO Specialist Robe skin for Dylan, which you can input into the game using the following steps to unlock it:

Despite being offered only in China, the skin works for all regions and systems, meaning you can nab the freebie right now if you already have the game unlocked.

Control Resonant suffers some open world fumbles, but it's an incredibly fun and artistic game, and a must play for Remedy fans.

While this is currently the only code-related cosmetic available for Control Resonant, it wouldn't be surprising for Remedy to offer more as we get further away from its release, either from milestones or community events similar to other games like Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced or Halo Campaign Evolved.
