After eight years and five months since its teaser trailer at E3, Bethesda finally reveals the title of TES6 as The Elder Scrolls 6: Sentinel. Bethesda's upcoming fantasy RPG has been one of the key points of discussion within the gaming industry since it was first teased at E3 2018, as the company is a legendary RPG studio and Skyrim was a phenomenal success in both reception and sales. The Elder Scrolls 6: Sentinel has now finally been announced, with the title confirmed by Bethesda in a new trailer.
The Elder Scrolls 6: Sentinel's title had been teased by Xbox CEO Asha Sharma after her visit to the Bethesda studios, stating that "The Elder Scrolls 6: ********" was great. With exactly eight asterisks, fans were quick to note that Sentinel, the main city in the region of Hammerfell, where the game has been said to be set since its E3 teaser, has the exact same number of characters in its name. As such, the working title of "Sentinel" may not be much of a surprise to some, but it does finally confirm the setting for the game.
Bethesda director and executive producer Todd Howard comments on the upcoming release of The Elder Scrolls 6.
Bethesda officially unveils the upcoming The Elder Scrolls 6: Sentinel with a brand-new trailer, featuring one of the actual Elder Scrolls emerging from the sands. Sentinel is the capital and biggest city in the region of Hammerfell , and it's historically populated by Redguards.
