Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4's Season 1 update is almost here, bringing in new content like Multiplayer maps, the X01 DMZ Exclusion Zone, the Hajin Warzone Battle Royale map, and much more. Here is everything you need to know about Season 1, including when it releases and what content will be available.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Season 1 starts Friday, November 6, at 12 AM ET / 4 AM UTC. Pre-downloads for the update begin the week of Season 1, allowing you to download all of the game's content and then jump in as soon as it starts. Since this is a title update, you will be required to install all content for the relevant titles before you can play.
