Animal Wishlist for Planet Zoo 2

Planet Zoo 2 has launched with 136 species if the Deluxe Upgrade animals are included, and while this is a staggering number that would take hundreds of hours to get through, players will still be looking forward to future additions to the game. With aquariums and aviaries now part of the game, we can expect more aquatic animals and flying birds to be added. There are also some fan favorites from the original game that will hopefully find their way into the sequel alongside improvements.

Discover all 130+ animals you can collect in Planet Zoo 2 with this alphabetical animal list.

While a DLC or update plan hasn't been announced yet, it seems likely that content packs will be centered around Wildlife Reserves in Planet Zoo 2, with Africa, Europe, and South-East Asia already having plenty of species and multiple reserves each. The first installment also saw animals occasionally added for free, such as on its anniversary, and Frontier's other game, Planet Coaster 2, received free rides after launch. All considered, there's no reason why any animal across the globe can't eventually feature in Planet Zoo 2.

Here are some species from the Planet Zoo base game and DLCs that we'd particularly like to see added to the sequel one day.

There are many ways to increase your zoo's reputation in Planet Zoo 2.

With players now able to build aquariums in Planet Zoo 2 , the following are some aquatic species which would be great in-game.
