Star Wars: Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace has received a major update on PlayStation 5, 27 years after the game was first released. It's been almost three years since Star Wars: Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace was first ported to PS4 and PS5, and the game has received a surprising quality-of-life update that could give fans a reason to return.
The original PS1 version of Star Wars: Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace received mixed reviews back in 1999. It harkens back to an era when movie tie-in games were extremely common, but very few were actually good. Still, the game certainly has its own charm, and there's an entire generation of gamers who hold a deep nostalgia for The Phantom Menace, which is why it was such an interesting addition to the PlayStation Plus Classic catalog a few years ago.
Star Wars: Galactic Racer takes a very different approach to losing than Mario Kart, making every race feel like it has much more at stake.
As spotted by PSNProfiles, the PS4 and PS5 versions of Star Wars: Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace have been updated to add a Trophy list. The list, which has 21 Trophies in total, is largely based on completing all the levels in the game, but it also includes a few more creative ones for Trophy hunters who want a bit more of a challenge.
Star Wars: Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace won't go down as the easiest PS5 Trophy list of all time, but it's definitely an achievable Platinum, even for the average gamer.
