A new leak has revealed 24 critters planned for Pokemon Pokopia's future DLC, adding even more of the franchise's Pokedex to the cozy town-building spin-off. Pokemon Pokopia has already received the Bubbly Basin DLC as part of its expansion pass, and is slated to get two more expansions later in 2026 and 2027, respectively. No firm release dates for these expansions have been shared outside of these launch windows.
Pokemon Pokopia is the Nintendo Switch 2's surprise breakout hit of 2026, currently sitting as one of the highest-rated Pokemon games ever. The combination of cozy Animal Crossing-like town building, Minecraft-like crafting, and Pokemon's classic creature collecting has made it a standout on the console. Pokopia DLC was announced back in the June 2026 Nintendo Direct, with Part 1: Bubbly Basin launching in August.
According to leak aggregator account CentroLeaks on Twitter, a new datamine of Pokemon Pokopia has unearthed a handful of new critters seemingly coming to the game in the next expansion. Some of the Pokemon found within this datamine include the four already confirmed for Pokopia's second DLC, such as Doduo, Snubbull, Skitty, and Braxien. However, the list goes well beyond these four critters to give fans a more comprehensive look at which mons they'll be able to add to their towns in the future.
This new crop of Pokemon coming to Pokopia in the upcoming DLC 2 includes some fan favorites, such as Starter Pokemon like Turtwig and Fennekin.
