Xelpmoc-incubated Live2.ai raises Rs 130 crore to build AI agents for social commerce

Bengaluru-based Live2.ai, an AI platform that tracks what consumers say about brands on social media and turns that content into marketing and sales, has raised Rs 130 crore (about $14 million) in a pre-Series B funding round led by IvyCap Ventures.

The startup said it will use the funding to build its agentic intelligence layer, expand its go-to-market operations for enterprise and global consumer brands, and strengthen its regional cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

It also plans to hire for its engineering, data science and customer success teams across North America, Europe, Singapore and India.

“Social has become a key channel for how consumers discover, evaluate, and buy, yet brands still rely on fragmented and manual tools to understand and act on it,” said Vikram Gupta, founder and managing partner of IvyCap Ventures.

He said Live2.ai was building an AI-native operating system that turns real-time cultural signals into commerce, with the security and governance global brands require.

Live2.ai was founded in 2024 by J Venkat, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora. The startup offers a platform that brings together social intelligence, campaign execution and commerce activation.

The platform monitors brand conversations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X and review sites, so brands can spot trends and plan campaigns. It also lets marketing teams plan and publish social media posts, track their performance, and run audit and compliance checks on influencer and user-generated content.

Content that has been cleared for commercial use can then be turned into shoppable experiences on brand websites, in retail stores, in CRM systems and on online marketplaces.
