Kids' snack brand Troovy raises Rs 100 crore in funding to expand R&D, manufacturing

Gurugram-based children's snack brand Troovy has raised Rs 100 crore in a Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures, with participation from Sharrp Ventures and other investors.

It is Troovy's third round in about 17 months, all of them led or co-led by Fireside Ventures, and is five times the size of its pre-Series A round in May 2025.

Troovy said the funding will go towards expanding its R&D and manufacturing capacity, scaling distribution across quick commerce and offline retail, and accelerating what it calls its Build Together model. The startup develops its products using inputs from parents and insights into what children like to eat.

Troovy raised Rs 10.5 crore in a seed round in 2023, made up of Rs 9 crore in equity and Rs 1.5 crore in debt. That round was led by Sharrp Ventures and Earlyspring, with participation from Veltis Capital.

In May 2025, it raised Rs 20 crore (about $2.3 million) in a pre-Series A round led by Fireside Ventures, with Sharrp Ventures, Spring Marketing Capital and Veltis Capital participating. At the time, it said the funds would be used mainly to grow sales on quick commerce platforms.

“We intend to become the number one player for healthy snacks for kids in India,” co-founder Aditya Mukherjee said then.

In January 2026, Troovy raised $5 million in a Series A round co-led by Fireside Ventures and Sharrp Ventures, with existing investors Spring Marketing Capital and Veltis Capital joining.

The startup said then that it had grown five times over the previous five months, driven by repeat purchases from urban families, and that it was working towards Rs 100 crore in revenue over the coming years.
