Fund management software platform Taghash has launched Brain, an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant that enables investment teams to analyse fund data, prepare reports and carry out tasks within the platform.
Brain uses a fund’s existing data to analyse portfolio performance, generate reports, build dashboards with live data and execute tasks, Taghash said in a press release.
The assistant is designed to help investment teams consolidate company updates, compare portfolio performance and prepare reports. According to the company, tasks that previously took days can now be completed in minutes.
Taghash said more than 50% of active venture capital (VC) funds in India use its platform for their daily workflows. Brain is integrated into the platform, which offers tools for dealflow, portfolio management, fund operations and limited partner (LP) management.
The launch builds on Taghash’s earlier Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration and its WhatsApp and Slack assistants. The company plans to add more agentic AI capabilities to Brain in the coming months to support additional tasks and workflows.
Taghash provides software for investment funds, covering dealflow, relationship management, portfolio management, fund operations and LP management.
