DeHaat posts Rs 2,715 Cr revenue in FY26

Several agritech companies that initially started as marketplaces for selling agricultural inputs and outputs are now moving towards building their own brands. The shift is aimed at improving margins, gaining better control over pricing, and reducing dependence on third-party products.

Full-stack agritech platform DeHaat has pursued this strategy over the past few years by expanding its portfolio of in-house brands. The shift towards building its own brands appears to have involved a near-term trade-off on growth, with operating revenue declining nearly 10% in FY26, even as the company continued to reshape its business. The firm’s net loss also widened in FY26 as it continued to invest in its in-house brands

DeHaat's revenue from operations fell 9.8% to Rs 2,715 crore in FY26 from Rs 3,010 crore in FY25, according to its consolidated financial statements reviewed by Entrackr.

The sale of agricultural inputs, including seeds, fertilisers and other farm-related products, contributed Rs 517 crore, accounting for around 19% of its operating revenue. The remaining revenue came from its agricultural output business, which includes staples, chillies and consumer-facing initiatives such as Farm Plus and HonestFarms.

India continued to be DeHaat's largest market, contributing 83% of its total revenue. The remaining income came from international markets, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Thailand and Russia.

On the cost side, procurement of materials remained the firm's largest expense, accounting for nearly 80% of its overall expenditure. 7% to Rs 2,390 crore in FY26. 1% to Rs 159 crore in the same period.
