Chapter Home, a home and kitchen consumer brand company, has raised Rs 63 crore through a mix of equity and debt from Bessemer Venture Partners, Stride Ventures, influencer Tanmay Bhat and a group of family offices.
The funding round values the company at close to Rs 1,000 crore.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen product development, enter new categories, invest in technology and brand building, and expand distribution. The company is also working on setting up its first physical retail touchpoints.
Founded in 2025 by Nitin Chugh, Akarsh Bharadwaj, Shrey Mittal, Dhiraj Jain and Dheeraj Goyal, the company is building consumer brands across categories such as bed and table linen, cookware, home décor and small kitchen appliances.
The founders were part of the founding and leadership team at PharmEasy before starting Chapter Home.
The company uses a shared platform for sourcing, supply chain, content, technology and distribution across its brands. It also uses AI for product cataloguing, content creation, demand forecasting, product assortment, customer targeting and retention.
Chapter Home has launched home furnishings as its first category through HOKIPO, an online home furnishing brand. It plans to expand into other home and kitchen categories and sell through online marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, its direct-to-consumer channel and offline retail stores.
