YTL AI Labs Offers 3 Months of Free ILMUchat Pro Under Anwar’s National Programme

Malaysians aged 18 to 30 can unlock three months of ILMUchat Pro by completing the required AI training on Rakyat Digital.

The offer is available from 31 August through AI Untuk Rakyat, a national programme led by the Ministry of Digital.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim launched the programme on 28 July alongside AI Malaysia and the National AI Action Plan 2026–2030 in Cyberjaya.

AI Untuk Rakyat aims to equip 100,000 young Malaysians with practical AI knowledge and skills.

YTL AI Labs and MyDIGITAL Corporation are supporting the programme through Rakyat Digital, the national digital training platform.

Participants who complete the required courses can select ILMUchat Pro from their Rakyat Digital dashboard.

They must then log in using MyDigital ID, which verifies their eligibility and activates the free subscription.

Developed by YTL AI Labs, ILMUchat supports Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese and Manglish.

Users can apply the AI assistant to educational, professional and everyday tasks such as drafting emails, preparing job applications, creating presentations and developing app prototypes without coding.

It can also help users find local businesses and information on PTPTN repayments and grants for SMEs.

“We’re proud to support the Malaysian Government in advancing Malaysia’s ambition to be a leading AI nation, starting with giving young Malaysians access to ILMUchat Pro through the AI Untuk Rakyat programme.

We look forward to empowering this generation not just to use AI, but to become the builders and contributors who define Malaysia’s AI future,”
