360 ONE WAM, an Indian wealth and asset management group, has confirmed that Swiss banking giant UBS AG now holds an equity stake of roughly 4.8% in the business after converting its full allocation of warrants into shares.
As a result of the conversion, 360 ONE has issued 20,502,939 equity shares to UBS AG. The move represents the most recent step in the ongoing strategic partnership between the two institutions.
The shareholding stems from an earlier arrangement under which UBS AG took up 20,502,939 warrants through a preferential allotment agreed with 360 ONE. Those warrants were issued on 21 July 2025, at which point UBS paid a quarter of the exercise price upfront. UBS has now settled the outstanding 75% of the exercise price and converted every warrant it held.
UBS AG, which is headquartered in Switzerland, is one of the world’s foremost wealth managers and operates as a universal bank.
Based in Mumbai, 360 ONE oversees assets in excess of approximately ₹9 lakh crore ($94.1bn) and works with upwards of 9,000 families and corporate clients. The group operates through two main arms. 360 ONE Wealth focuses on helping ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth families to oversee, expand and make the most of their wealth, with services that extend to legacy planning. Meanwhile, 360 ONE Asset provides investment products to clients across the globe seeking exposure to Indian markets, covering a range of asset classes including listed equities, private equity, private credit, real assets and renewables.
