MAJORITY, the mobile banking and international money transfer service for internationals, launched cross-border stablecoin payments to Latin America, powered by zerohash, a leading onchain infrastructure provider. Built on zerohash’s trusted infrastructure and compliance capabilities, the integration lets eligible MAJORITY members send money to family in Latin America who are MAJORITY members, without leaving the MAJORITY app.
Through the integration, senders pay in U.S. dollars, and recipients receive USDC, a dollar-backed stablecoin, in their MAJORITY Global Wallet. zerohash is the licensed provider for the conversion and delivery of funds, and MAJORITY is the app members use to send and receive. Stablecoin payments let MAJORITY members send money across borders 24/7, including on weekends and holidays.

“Our members support family back home every week, and that shouldn’t depend on bank hours,” said Anders Rasmussen, Product Director at MAJORITY. “With zerohash, eligible members in the U.S. can now send money to family in Latin America any day of the week, right from the MAJORITY app. Senders pay in dollars, and their family receives USDC, a dollar-backed stablecoin, in their MAJORITY Global Wallet.”
By embedding zerohash’s regulated onchain infrastructure directly into its platform, MAJORITY abstracts away backend complexity to deliver intuitive, consumer-first payment experiences. The partnership shows how onchain payment networks can reduce financial friction for end users within the apps they already know.
“Sending money across borders shouldn’t wait for banks to open or take days to arrive,” said Adam Tesan, Chief Revenue Officer at zerohash.
