Cognitive Credit’s suite of AI-powered workflow tools is built for credit teams, enabling them to work faster and with greater confidence, and providing outputs that are fully auditable and traceable to source, according to the release.

Over the past three years, Cognitive Credit has achieved 240% active user growth, more than doubled its global bond and loan issuer coverage, and expanded to power analytical workflows for over 80% of the top 25 global asset managers by assets under management (AUM) and all the top 10 global debt league table investment banks, the release said.

Cognitive Credit will use the new strategic investment to support its upcoming launch of DealConnect, which enables on-demand access to credit models for private issuers that report via secure data rooms; the pending deployment of agentic credit analysis, which helps automate deep fundamental research; and the company’s expansion of its issuer coverage into new credit markets, per the release.

Cognitive Credit CEO and Founder Robert Slater said in the release that the company is entering its next phase of growth as demand for credit-specialist technology accelerates.
