Flipkart Internet achieved an 18% increase in revenue to Rs 1,45,880 crore in FY26. The company's net loss decreased by Rs 178 crore to Rs 8,468 crore during the same period. Gross margins expanded by 23% year-on-year, indicating improved unit economics for the company. Adjusted operating losses reduced by about Rs 1,600 crore, and the operating margin improved by 230 basis points.

Flipkart Internet , the flagship entity of the Flipkart Group, reported an 18% year-on-year jump in consolidated revenue from operations to Rs 1,45,880 crore in FY26, while its net loss narrowed by Rs 178 crore to Rs 8,468 crore, according to its latest filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC). The performance comes as Flipkart restructures its corporate structure following its re-domiciliation to India earlier this year, with Flipkart Internet emerging as the group’s holding company in India with 25 subsidiaries, including Myntra, Instakart Services (which operates Ekart logistics), Cleartrip and Walmart India . Flipkart Internet is the principal entity for the group’s proposed initial public offering , which is currently in the works, as well as any future fundraising. The company said gross margins expanded 23% year-on-year, reflecting improved unit economics, while adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) improved by Rs 1,500 crore during the year. The reduction in net losses was partly offset by higher finance costs, the derecognition of deferred tax assets recognised in earlier periods and certain one-off exceptional items.
