Andrew Fitzsimons Shutters Namesake Hair Care Line

The celebrity hairstylist, whose clients include Kim Kardashian and Megan Fox, originally launched the brand in 2022 in partnership with Maesa.

The range, called Andrew Fitzsimons Hair, originally debuted in 2022 in partnership with Maesa — which also makes Ashley Tisdale’s Being Frenshe and Kristin Ess Hair — though Fitzsimons bought it from the incubator in 2024.

The most recent post on the @andrewfitzsimonshair Instagram account was in October 2025, and a spokesperson for the brand confirmed to WWD that the brand officially wound down in February this year.

The closure comes amid several others this year in beauty, including Scarlett Johansson’s The Outset in September; Gwen Stefani’s Gxve Beauty in February; CoverFX and Mally Beauty in January; David Yi’s Good light Cosmetics in April, and Adwoa Beauty in May.

Andrew Fitzsimons Hair came to market in 2022 with 27 products, all priced under $20 and available at Boots in the U.K. and Ireland; Ulta Beauty in the U.S., and Müller in Germany. It was cofounded by Julian Fallon, who also stayed on when the brand departed Maesa.

Meant to cater to different hair types, the range included Prism Shine and Virgin Repair shampoos and conditioners, and a Fantasy Curls assortment of creams, shampoos and masks, among other products.

When he bought the brand from Maesa, Fitzsimons set up a headquarters in Ireland — where he is originally from — and tapped Caroline Dalton as chief executive officer.

Fitzsimons said of his mission in launching the line in 2022: “It was important for me to be able to show the beauty of each hair type in my brand.”
