Tether's Hadron collaborates with RedStone to improve pricing, settlement, and liquidity for tokenized assets, enabling T+0 settlement and enhanced valuation tools.
Tether, the largest company in the digital asset industry, has announced a collaboration between its asset-tokenization platform, Hadron, and RedStone, a data infrastructure provider specializing in on-chain finance. The partnership aims to enhance the pricing, settlement, and liquidity infrastructure for tokenized assets issued through Hadron by Tether.
Through this collaboration, Hadron issuers gain access to RedStone’s price and net asset value (NAV) feeds. These tools provide up-to-date market prices and fund valuations, enabling accurate on-chain pricing for tokenized assets. RedStone’s infrastructure is designed to support institutional and real-world tokenized assets, ensuring reliable valuation data for on-chain applications.
RedStone’s Settle infrastructure introduces T+0 settlement capabilities for eligible tokenized assets. This system uses an auction-based mechanism involving verified liquidity providers, who acquire token positions and redeem them through the asset’s native process. The auction process ensures near-instant liquidity without disrupting compliance or redemption mechanisms, addressing a significant barrier to the broader adoption of tokenized assets.
According to RedStone’s documentation, the auction process combines off-chain bidding, lasting under 300 milliseconds, with on-chain atomic transactions for settlement. This approach allows issuers to offer faster liquidity options while maintaining the integrity of the underlying asset’s redemption schedule.
Hadron by Tether supports the issuance of tokens representing a wide range of assets, including commodities, corporate equity, government debt, corporate bonds, fund structures, stablecoins, and loyalty points. The integration with RedStone’s infrastructure enhances the platform’s ability to provide accurate pricing and immediate liquidity, making tokenized assets more practical for use in on-chain capital markets.
