The COROS Pace 4 is a smartwatch for running and clear reasons to buy over Wear OS

Acclaimed Japanese marathon champion Suguru Osako’s special edition COROS Pace 4 lasts a whopping 19 days on a single charge, including over 41 hours of real-time GPS tracking.

If you’re a runner, chances are, you’re already using a COROS smartwatch. But if you’ve been using one for a while, you might want to consider the company’s latest watch, named after acclaimed marathon runner Suguru Osako, which brings a unique style along with the COROS Pace 4’s already top-notch specs.

For the basics, this one packs a 1.2-inch AMOLED display with completely flat glass up top and a 6000-series aluminum alloy casing to keep it protected.

A unique yellow action button adorns the left side, letting you quickly use your voice to start or control a workout, make voice notes, and set reminders. I’ve used the voice notes feature more than once during a run to remind myself of something that happened, usually during a trail run, in my case.

The whole package comes in a matte gray-green colorway with a unique, supple silicone band adorned with Osako’s motto, “now or never,” which may just give you the boost you need during a particularly strenuous run.

Like the regular Pace 4, the Suguru Osako edition comes with free workout and training plans, race predictor, virtual pacer, personalized marathon plans, and a lot more in the COROS app.

You can buy it right now at COROS for just $289 , making this a surprisingly affordable way to track all the miles you’re about to run to keep warm this winter.
