T-Mobile is giving away the latest Motorola Razr for free — how to qualify

TL;DR: The Motorola Razr and Motorola Razr+ are available for free with T-Mobile. You do not need to trade in anything to qualify for these deals.

We're well aware that Apple recently launched the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and the iPhone Duo, but not everyone is totally obsessed with Apple. We know that's hard to believe, but there are people out there shopping for foldable phones from other brands.

Take a look around the live deals from T-Mobile, and you'll soon discover that the free iPhone deals have largely disappeared. That's a shame, but do not fear. You can still pick up Motorola's latest handsets for absolutely nothing. And the process of claiming these free phones is straightforward. You don't even need to trade anything in to qualify:

Motorola Razr — free when you activate a new line on most T-Mobile plans.

Motorola Razr+ — free when you activate a new line on T-Mobile's Experience Beyond plan.

The total cost is covered via 36 monthly bill credits. If you cancel or switch carriers before the three-year promotional period, you’ll owe the remaining balance on the phone’s full retail price. You will also need to pay taxes and a one-time $35 connection charge.
