ESDS Q1: Profit Increases 14% YoY To ₹29.3 Cr, Revenue Up 7%

Recently-listed enterprise cloud and AI company ESDS Software Solution’s net profit for the ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27) increased 14% to ₹29.3 Cr from ₹25.7 Cr in the year-ago quarter.

On a sequential basis, the company’s profit plunged by about 57% from ₹67.7 Cr.

Operating revenue grew 7.3% to ₹133.7 Cr from ₹124.6 Cr in Q1 FY26. However, the company’s top line fell 20.2% from ₹167.5 Cr operating revenue registered in the previous quarter.  

Including other income of ₹1.5 Cr, ESDS’ total income for the quarter under review stood at  ₹135.2 Cr. Meanwhile, total expenses increased 8.4% YoY and 16.5% QoQ to ₹98.7 Cr. The company’s tax expense for the quarter fell by 20% YoY to ₹7.2 Cr.
