Barcelona vs. Alavés: How to Livestream La Liga Soccer

Barça looks to hold onto its La Liga lead against Alavés, which is hungry for a win.

League leaders Barcelona will look to get back to winning ways on Saturday as it hosts an Alavés team that has had an October to forget.

Having suffered its first defeat of the season against PSG in the Champions League last Wednesday, Barça suffered an arguably more damaging domestic loss to eternal rival Real Madrid last weekend — a loss that saw its lead at the top of La Liga reduced to just two points.

Having made a bright start to its campaign, Quique Sánchez Flores’ Alavés has now gone almost eight weeks without a win. Last week’s last-gasp draw against Málaga did, nevertheless, show that El Glorioso may have enough fight to give the league’s frontrunner a tricky test.

Barcelona takes on Deportivo Alavés on Saturday, Oct. 31, at Camp Nou, with kickoff set for 9 p.m. CET local time. That makes it a 4 p.m. ET or 1 p.m. PT start in the US and Canada, an 8 p.m. GMT kickoff in the UK and a 7 a.m. AEDT kickoff in Australia on Sunday morning.

ESPN once again has the rights to La Liga and is showing all 380 matches on its streaming service, including today’s game.

ESPN’s streaming platforms have changed. The sports network now offers two tiers with its direct-to-consumer setup: ESPN Select and ESPN Unlimited.

ESPN Select will give you streaming access to every La Liga match this season for $14 per month.
