Telltale and PM Studios launch The Wolf Among Us Remastered, which will record choices for sequel

Telltale and PM Studios have launched The Wolf Among Us Remastered on digital platforms to bring back fans of the franchise to Fabletown.

Licensed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment on behalf of DC, this definitive edition brings new life, and a few new secrets, to one of gaming’s most celebrated narrative adventures. And the choices you make in the remastered game will carry over to the sequel, The Wolf Among Us 2, which is in development.

Available now for $25 on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5 and XBOX One (playable on XBOX Series X|S via backward compatibility), players can also take advantage with a limited-time 20% launch discount and savings of up to half off for eligible digital owners of the original game. Full details.

Rebuilt for modern platforms, The Wolf Among Us Remastered welcomes longtime fans back to Fabletown while inviting newcomers to discover the first season of the series. Based on DC’s acclaimed Fables comic book series, the game follows a grisly murder investigation that uncovers a far darker mystery lurking beneath the surface. Here’s the launch trailer.

Set against the gritty, neon-soaked streets of 1980s New York City, players step into the shoes of Bigby Wolf, Sheriff of Fabletown, tasked with keeping a hidden community of fairy-tale characters from being exposed to the outside world. But in a city where appearances deceive and everyone has something to hide, Bigby’s investigation spirals into a dangerous mystery where trust is fragile, loyalties are tested and every decision comes at a cost.
