The best Stasis build in Valor Mortis focuses on filling enemies' Stasis segments, then attacking enemies to shatter the Stasis effect. What I like most about the Stasis transmutation is that every time you fill an enemy's Stasis segment, they drop a Nephtoglobin Remnant. You can pick it up to restore enough Nephtoglobin to fill another Stasis segment on an enemy. In this Stasis build guide, I'll go over how to get the most out of the Stasis Transmutation and make it effective against every enemy and boss in Valor Mortis.
Valor Mortis, the latest project from Ghostrunner developer One More Level, is absolutely wonderful, though not without its flaws.
Use Stasis Transmutation on enemies to fill the Stasis segments beneath their HP. Each segment will slow them until you fill all segments; then they will be completely frozen. Attacking a frozen enemy shatters the Stasis effect and deals massive damage. The idea behind this Stasis build is to fill enemies' segments faster, allowing you to deal massive damage on each enemy you face. Most enemies have two to three Stasis segments, so it should be easy to fill them with this build.
Against hard enemies with many Stasis segments beneath their HP, you can use heavy Rapier attacks to shatter the segments early and deal high damage. This Stasis build offers several sources of healing and multiple ways to replenish Nephtoglobin. You can use a Stasis Whetstone on your Rapier to help fill Stasis segments with melee attacks.
