S-Rank Hunters are supposed to be the strongest Hunters in Solo Leveling, but there are a handful of Hunters whose powers go beyond that. Aside from Sung Jinwoo, there are five recognized National Level Hunters, each of them powerful enough to rival an entire nation's military. There are several anime characters from other series who would be classified as National Level Hunters if they appeared in the Solo Leveling universe.

Some of these potential National Level Hunters are considered gods in their respective universes. One character could defeat every Solo Leveling Monarch with his sword, while another could obliterate them with his fists. All of these anime characters could wipe out cities on their own, and some have already proven that they can overwhelm armies.
