Samsung’s mysterious Galaxy T1 fitness earbuds are getting ready for a US launch

TL;DR Samsung’s unannounced Galaxy T1 sports earbuds have received FCC certification in the US.

The filings reveal prototype hardware details, Bluetooth testing results, and a charging case diagram.

Previous leaks suggest an ear-hook design, customizable controls, and a 595mAh charging case, although launch details remain unknown.

Samsung’s next workout earbuds are getting quite the regulatory workout themselves. After making stops in China, South Korea, and Indonesia, the mysterious ear-hook earbuds have now crossed another important finish line: US certification. And unlike previous sightings, this one gives us a closer look at what Samsung has been cooking.

The unannounced earbuds, identified by model number SM-R545 and codenamed Galaxy T1, received FCC approval on November 4, 2026. The filings cover both earbuds individually, under IDs ZCASMR545L and ZCASMR545R, marking their first known appearance in the US certification database.
