Probably Stolen: Cybernetic Hands Appraisal Guide

When you first start playing Probably Stolen, running your shop is simple. You buy and sell items to customers. However, things get a little more complicated when you unlock the appraisal mechanic. Your first appraisal task involves Cybernetic Hands. Here's how to appraise them correctly in Probably Stolen.

Exploring these in-game worlds will present players with plenty of realistic challenges and features for full immersion.

Cybernetic Hands are the first items you'll need to appraise in this shop management game.

Every Cybernetic Hand has a base value of 100 Credits. Add or subtract Credits based on its features. Once you have checked everything, calculate the hand's value using the chart below.

Its total value would be 700 Credits (100 + 200 + 120 + 80 + 200).

A Cybernetic Hand is always worth at least 50 Credits in this shopkeeping simulator. Even if it has cheap material, damage, and an unspecified interface, its value won't drop below that.

You'll first be introduced to appraisals on your 8th shift, when a member of the Appraisal Board visits your shop. However, the timing may vary depending on your specialization and difficulty settings.

Appraisals let you help customers figure out the value of items with more complicated pricing. The board member will invite you to join and offer appraisal services at your shop. You'll need to pay 85 Credits to join. It might feel like a lot of money, especially after paying your rent the previous day, but appraisals can become a good source of extra income.
