Haki is a very powerful ability that exists in the world of One Piece and is wielded by the vast majority of the absolute strongest. It is a manifestation of the spirit and willpower of the user, and it can be utilized in a multitude of ways.

The majority of those who sail the seas of the New World wield two types of Haki: Observation Haki and Armament Haki. A select few are born with a third special ability known as Conqueror's Haki, which is the strongest of them all. Various Haki masters exist in the world of One Piece and hold tremendous command over several types of Haki. Among them, only a few stand out at the very top with incredible mastery over all three types.

The Pirate Empress Boa Hancock is a very powerful user of Haki. Hancock is known to wield Haki of all three types, and it is believed that she has the strongest Haki in the Kuja. The Kuja are specifically known to wield a special type of Haki known as the Kuja Haki, and its strength was briefly displayed by Eiichiro Oda during the Paramount War.

It goes without saying that Hancock can coat herself in the Color of the Supreme King and that she is among the select few strongest characters in the One Piece world. Her role will be expanded upon significantly as One Piece continues later down the line, but for now, what little information we have is enough to tell us that she is a master of Haki, especially given that it is her primary way of fighting battles.
