The Straw Hat Pirates are one of the Four Emperor crews of the One Piece world and certainly a force to be reckoned with. They are incredibly strong and rank among the mightiest crews on the seas. That said, the Straw Hat Pirates have greater ambition than just to become a Yonko crew.

This crew wants to complete the circumnavigation of the entire world as well as reach the very pinnacle by making Luffy the Pirate King. To that end, the Straw Hat Pirates need even more powers than what they currently have, and Eiichiro Oda, the creator of the series, has already lined up significant upgrades for Luffy and his crew. Elbaf has certainly upgraded the Straw Hat Pirates drastically, but there are more power-ups on the way for them.

Brook is the musician of the Straw Hat Pirates, and he certainly needs a couple of upgrades in the Final Saga of the series. Currently, Brook wields the power of the Yomi Yomi no Mi with tremendous control, but this fruit hasn't awakened just yet. The Devil Fruit awakening would grant Brook even more immense powers and, logically, allow him to use his environment itself as the Underworld.

Brook holds tremendous potential as a very powerful fighter, and it is only a matter of time before his fruit awakens. As the Straw Hat Pirates get closer to Laugh Tale, Brook's abilities will be taken to the next level, just like those of every other member of the crew. It must be remembered that the Straw Hat Pirates have to surpass even the Roger Pirates, and in that sense, Brook and all the other members of the crew must get several more upgrades.
