One Piece: 6 Characters That Can Beat Elbaf Luffy, Ranked

The protagonist of One Piece, Monkey D. Luffy, has come incredibly far ever since he set out on his journey to become the Pirate King. Luffy has achieved tremendous abilities over the years, and right now he stands among the Four Emperors of the Sea. At the same time, Luffy is also the Sun God Nika of the One Piece world, the powers of which he received from his Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika Awakening.

As a god of the world, Luffy is easily one of the strongest. However, there are still characters that operate above this level of strength. The Elbaf arc has made it quite clear that there are many characters in the One Piece world who are stronger than Luffy right now and that he will have to surpass them as he moves forward on his quest to obtain the One Piece.

When it comes to strength, these One Piece characters are the crème de la crème.

The Accursed Prince of Elbaf, Loki, is one of the most powerful characters in the world of One Piece, and right now, he is most certainly stronger than Luffy. He holds the power of the legendary Devil Fruit of Elbaf, named the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhoggr. This Devil Fruit allows him to transform into the largest Dragon in existence, with the ability to spit lightning at his disposal.

Loki also has the power of the Ice Squirrel, Ratatoskr, whose abilities have been infused in his hammer, Ragnir.
