New Dimension 20 Season Officially Announced

The Intrepid Heroes can't be stopped. Dimension 20's Toylight campaign wrapped up last week, but fans won't have to wait too long for their favorite actual play series to return. On Tuesday, Dropout revealed the next season of Dimension 20 will be A Starstruck Odyssey season 2 and it will start next year.

A Starstruck Odyssey was a 2022 campaign and the first to be set in a pre-established setting. It take places in the Starstruck universe, which consists of a 1980 play and a comic book series, both written by Elaine Lee. That name might sound familiar as she's Brennan Lee Mulligan's mother. Plot details haven't been shared yet, but we do know who will be starring in A Starstruck Odyssey season 2.

Dimension 20 has had over 20 players enter the dome, Critical Role's Matthew Mercer to Ghost of Yōtei star Erika Ishii to other Dropout regulars Jacob Wysocki, Vic Michaelis, and more. None have joined longtime dungeon master Mulligan more than the Intrepid Heroes: Emily Axford, Ally Beardsley, Brian Murphy, Zac Oyama, Siobhan Thompson, and Lou Wilson. A Starstruck Odyssey season 2 will be the third consecutive campaign to star the Intrepid Heroes.

It will begin sometime in 2027, but we don't know how many episodes it will be just yet. The first A Starstruck Odyssey season ran for 18 episodes. You can catch up, or check it out for the first time, on YouTube as the Dimension 20 YouTube channel will upload episodes every week starting today.
