LEGO Fan Transforms Moana Set Into Millennium Falcon With No Extra Pieces

A talented LEGO builder online has transformed their Moana 2 Heihei set into the Millennium Falcon from Star Wars. Although this LEGO set was first released in March 2025, this builder has breathed new life into it over a year and a half later with this impressive alternate build.

LEGO first released the Moana 2 Heihei set in March 2025, five months after the movie. It is part of LEGO's ongoing Disney collection. Heihei features 566 pieces in total, and even has a rotating head, posable wings and tail feathers, and a stand for an adorable display. It's an excellent set as is, but one LEGO fan has managed to push the build even further.

LEGO officially unveils details of a brand-new Marvel set featuring several fan-favorite references, confirming a price and release date.

Over on Reddit, user Switz399 shared their incredible custom LEGO Millennium Falcon build, recreating the ship using the 43272 Moana 2 Heihei set, using all 566 pieces in the original, but not one single extra. Because Heihei is such a colorful character, the alternate build is extremely vibrant, but the iconic silhouette of the Millennium Falcon shines through regardless.

Unfortunately, the instructions for others to recreate this LEGO alt build for themselves are not available on Rebrickable. Because of the build's complexity, other LEGO builders can't recreate it by eye, either. Still, it's good to know that it's possible, but those who want to transform their own Heihei set into the Millennium Falcon will need to do so without instructions.
