How to Unlock the Transmog Feature in Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen

Dragon's Dogma 2 finally gets a transmog feature in the Dark Arisen expansion, but to unlock it, players will first need to finish the Reaching the Far Shore quest for Jiera. This quest becomes available some time after completing a few of the DLC's main story missions, and what you have to do here is relatively simple: freeze a part of Lake Norgan by killing a Fimbl, then loot the cave on the other side.

Completing the Reaching the Far Shore quest unlocks the ability for Hal to tailor your equipment, allowing you to change your gear's appearance without affecting their stats. This DD2: Dark Arisen quest starts off fairly easy, but if you're having trouble with the final stretch, here's what you need to do.

If you are unsure of how to get all the Spurious Wings you will ever need in Dragon's Dogma 2, this guide has you covered.

The quest starts with Jiera asking you to find a treatise on tailoring, but it's supposedly tucked away in a cave that can only be accessed by crossing Lake Norgan. Unfortunately, there are no working boats for you to use, so you're left with only one choice: find an ice dragon and kill it over the lake to freeze the water.

The whole quest will have you chasing and baiting a Fimbl onto Lake Norgan. You'll find the location of the specific dragon you need to hunt on your map . For this particular Fimbl, you'll need to fight it three different times; every time its health drops below a certain threshold, it will flee to a different area.
