This meta M4 loadout is shredding the competition in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, particularly in Kill Block. Here are the attachments you need.
The first and most surefire way to reduce visual recoil is to adjust the rail position of your Optics. Head to the Gunsmith and then to your equipped Optic. From here, bring your Optic as close to the rear of the rail as possible by pulling the slider down all the way to 'Near'.

While the above methods tone down visual recoil, you will still have to contend with your weapon's standard recoil and gun kick, which is different for each and every gun. To do this, you are going to need to play around with different attachments to find which ones best match both your weapon's recoil pattern and your ability to control it. If you are finding it hard to control your weapon, recoil overhauls are needed.
