Once you finally make it back to St. Amelia, following your first encounter in the Otherworld in Silent Hill: Townfall, you'll be quickly led to Zoe's house through a signal on the CRTV. Unfortunately, when you get there, she'll be nowhere in sight, but there will be a flashlight and batteries for you to pick up, a computer, and an organ transplant box.

The organ transplant box has two locks, each requiring three unique numbers. You won't be able to progress beyond this point in the story until you open this box, since you need what's inside. You'll need to figure out what the code is using clues found in Zoe's home.

The first step to solving the puzzle in the kitchen is to search the rest of Zoe's house. In her living room, you'll find a letter on the coffee table and a computer that won't turn on because there's no power.

Upstairs, you'll find some batteries in a drawer that can be combined with the flashlight from the kitchen, and, if you check Zoe's bathroom, you'll find a card that goes with the organ transplant box sitting on the floor outside her shower. On it, you won't find the codes you need, but it will tell you the codes were sent via Electronic Mail, which means you need to turn on the computer.

Go back downstairs and look in the crawlspace under the stairs to find a breaker box of sorts, which you'll unfortunately need an Electricard to turn on .
