After Simon reaches the clinic of St. Amelia in Silent Hill: Townfall, he'll find three scales in Zoe's office with a note next to them. The note is long and won't seem like much of a clue at first, but the three lines at the bottom are actually hints about what needs to be placed on the scales.

Needless to say, you won't be able to progress beyond this point without finding the missing items, which, according to the note, represent listening, mistakes, and Zoe's job. You'll already have the item for the last scale, which is Zoe's badge that you used to get inside the clinic, but for the other two items, you'll need to go to two other locations in St. Amelia, one of which is the pharmacy.

You should have picked up a scalpel by this point, which will give you access to the pharmacy. Inside, you'll find empty shelves, a desk, an employee area, and a bathroom. At the back of the pharmacy, there will be one obviously identified locker with a 4-digit combination lock.

On the desk opposite the locker, you'll have your first interaction with a device you'll use with your CRTV to give you a new signal. The game will guide you since this is the first time, but essentially you'll want to move and tilt your controller until the feed lines up on the screen. When it does, it will sort of snap together.

At that point, you need to hold the controller in that position .
